During the fall I was in the process of retiring and decided to sell our house in Columbia SC and listed it with Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors. Terry Edwards was the listing agent. During the selling process Terry explained all of the ins and outs we needed to know about , took care of newspaper ads, handouts located at the house and all of the other coordinating necessary to sell the house. We had a contract in 26 days and all aspects from listing to closing went without any problems at all. Terry did an outstanding job from start to finish on selling our house. In fact we decided to purchase another home in Columbia (we were planning on doing this all along - - live in Columbia part time and the mountains of NC part time). We contacted Terry and told him what we were looking for and later that day he was sending us information on Condos and Patio Homes - - we would look over the info and contact Terry in order to set up a date and time to look at the places. It took a month or 6 weeks before we found the one we were looking for. Once again Terry took care of all the administrative actions and the purchase of the Patio Home went without any problems just like the sale of our house did.
